These Terms & Conditions govern the use of valnexio.com, owned by Valnexio Inversiones Inmobiliarias, S.R.L., registered office at Av. Winston Churchill 1099, Torre Citi, Floor 12, Piantini, Santo Domingo 10148, Dominican Republic. Access to the site implies acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose

The site aims to provide information about our real estate crowdlending model in the Dominican Republic and to allow voluntary subscription to an informational newsletter. At this stage, direct contracting of financial products is not offered through the site.

2. Informational nature

The content published is informational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Any future investment decision will be formalised through specific contracts and additional legal supplements.

3. Use of the site

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with current Dominican Republic legislation, good faith and these terms. Any use that damages the reputation, functioning or security of the site is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, images and graphic elements on the site are the property of Valnexio or licensed to it. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without express written authorisation.

5. Investment risks

All investment in real estate and real estate crowdlending involves risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The user acknowledges this risk before participating.

6. Limitation of liability

Valnexio will not be liable for typographical errors, service interruptions, cyber attacks, or decisions taken by the user based on the information published. We reserve the right to modify or suspend the service without prior notice.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Distrito Nacional of Santo Domingo, with the user waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
